Green and Purple Smokey eye

By Sarah - Thursday, February 27, 2014

Hey guys! Here is the makeup look I wore out for a girl's night out last week and got a few compliments about it so I thought why not share it with you guys!

I used my Stila's In the Garden palette as well as some Kiko Cosmetic's single eyeshadows which I recently purchase from Rome. No worries about that - you can use any eyeshadows  that you have of similar colours. This look is simple and super easy to do, despite it looking like you put tons of effort into it :p

Here we go.

Colours used & in order of application:

Transition shade - Bark from the Stila Palette (muted greenish brown colour)

Lid - Mixture of sage and juniper from the Stila palette (just tapped my brush into both shadows and patted it onto my lid!). You can use any green shadows here. I mixed both for the shade of green that I wanted - which is a deep yet mossy green.

Crease - Kiko single eyeshadow in 137 (shimmery reddish brown colour - to add warmth and extra dimension onto my lid ;))

Outer V-  Kiko single eyeshadow in 152 (shimmery purple colour) and I deepened it even further by adding Kiko single eyeshadow in 134 (deep reddish purple with gold glitters)

And remember to always keep blending! It is the key to any eye look and to make your eye makeup look seamless and just plain gorgeous.

Do try to recreate this look! If you do, hashtag #beautybyrah on Instagram to let me see your recreations!

Thanks guys and have a great makeup day. XO.
