Hey guys!I know this palette was for Christmas and limited edition, but I really do enjoy this palette so I figured why not just post my thoughts on it!
So I decided to treat myself (again) and purchased the Too Faced Everything Nice Palette from Sephora at $79. I really enjoyed last year’s A Few Of My Favourite Things so I just had to get this one. Considering you get 20 eyeshadows, 2 blushes, a bronzer, a highligher and some brushes, this set is the epitome of value!
Too Faced is definitely one of my favourite brands when it comes to eyeshadows. I own quite a lot of their palettes and none have disappointed me so far! Their shadows are usually soft, creamy and pigmented.
The packaging, firstly, is so pretty and girly! I have to say, Too Faced always scores with its packaging, am I right? Similar to last year’s, it opens like a book with eyeshadows on one side and the face products and brushes on the other. This year’s packaging is slightly thicker in width than last year’s as to accomodate the mini travel sized brushes.
The brushes are decent, but not something I will absolutely use on a daily basis. I prefer my individual brushes for that. However, if you’re travelling, the brushes provided can get some work done. The cheek brush is lovely for contouring! It is somewhat similar to the NARS ITA brush with its bristles. It can also work for blush and highlighting too in a pinch. The eye brushes are alright, but I do find that the eyeshadow brush doesn’t pick up much product nor does it deposit on the lids nicely.

Just for comparison!
The eyeshadows lean more towards the neutral side this year, with only about 6 shadows that are of deeper jewel tones. Despite this, this palette isn’t boring! Many looks can be achieved with this, whether you are aiming for a neutral eye or something smokey and sexy. Most shadows performed good, with good pigmentation and smooth texture. They blend easily too. I noticed that there is fall out with these shadows (due to their soft texture) so I do recommend doing the eyes first before your foundation. There are a few duds though – worst being Head Over Heels. This shade, when swatched, have a really dry texture and horrible pigmentation. I find that you should apply this wet or use glitter glue as a base to actually get the colour to show.
The face products are great in my opinion. I love the Chocolate Soleil bronzer and this, I feel, is of the same quality as the full sized individual product. Sometimes, product quality varies between the individual and that in a palette but this one is equally good! The blushes are nice as well. Decent pigmentation and blends easily too. I absolutely adore Papa Don’t Peach!
I don’t fancy the Too Faced Better Than Sex Mascara much, as it doesn’t hold my curl and that is my ultimate criteria for a mascara! It does provide good amounts of length and volume though. For those of you with naturally curled lashes, this mascara would probably work great on you!
Here are the swatches!
The Everything Nice palette is limited edition and retails for SGD$79 in Sephora. I highly recommend this, but I’m not sure if there is still stock! This palette would also work so great for makeup beginners as you are provided with tons of neutral tones and some colour if you wanna jazz things up a little! Not to mention you get face products too, all in one! Do grab it soon as there are limited stocks and nothing hurts more than regret! Hehe.
Here are some looks I did using this palette (hopefully it will give you some inspiration!):
