Out the door fast | 5 products in 5 minutes

I love me some quality time just sitting at my vanity and playing with my makeup because god knows I own way too much for my own good. There are days, however, where time is not luxury and I have to rush out the door. Or simply the days where I am not feeling like beating my face and glamming it all up.

This routine takes me less than 5 minutes and makes me feel put together to take on the day. So let's begin, starting out bare faced :

Essence Make Me Brow Eyebrow Gel
This is the supposed dupe for the Benefit Gimme Brow (which I have not tried, so I can't attest to that). Like its higher end counterpart, this brow gel has little fibres which is supposed to add volume to your brows, making it fuller without the penciled in look. I like this as it does give me a little definition to the brows and it holds my hairs in place. However, this can't perfect the lines that I would like in my brow so I have to use an additional pencil to help shape em'.

IT cosmetics Bye Bye Under Eye Concealer
My undereye circles are pretty nasty, and I credit it to genetics (and yes, staying up till 2am does not help either). I have to use concealer whenever I wear my contacts and if I am feeling lazy to reach out for a brush, a concealer that is full coverage, blends easily and of a thicker, creamy formulation is one that works great for me. I do not like concealers that are too runny as I do find that fingers do not blend them out as well as a brush. Thicker and creamier textures work better with the warmth of your fingers and the light tap-tap motions, in my opinion. This IT Cosmetics Under Eye Concealer is my all-in-one concealer and I am a fan of it for a while now.

Maybelline The Falsies Push Up Drama Mascara
Even if I do not have time or energy to spare on eye make up, mascara is a still a must for me as lashes really do define the eyes and make me look awake (and human). I gravitate towards a waterproof formula that really holds the curl as the lashes are the only thing going for me that day and I want em' to stay perky. This Maybelline The Falsies Push Up Drama Mascara really does the trick for me, as it adds immense volume and quite a bit of length to my lashes. Look at the difference mascara makes!

NYX Cosmetics Sculpt & Highlight Brow Contour Stick
This is the longest name for a brow pencil yet. I have mine in the shade Vanilla/Taupe and it matches my natural brow hair colour well. It isn't too ashy not orangey and it blends nicely on the skin. I also like how it isn't the most pigmented, enabling me to shade and sculpt my brow easily without the fear of too much, too fast.

Dior Addict Lipstick in Smile
If there is no time to apply lipstick perfectly, I would opt for a light, natural shade to add slight colour and hydration to my lips. This Dior Addict Lipstick is very moisturising and imparts a pinkish tint to the lips and adding a lil colour to the face.

And that's it! 5 products used and all in 5 minutes. Now, there are days where I just put on my glasses, wear my pyjamas and head over to the get groceries or the library. This routine is done for days where I wanna feel a put together but am lazy at the same time.

Till then,
